Job summary

Teleperformance in Dublin City Centre is seeking a Multi Channel - Quality Expert Reviewer who is fluent in Portuguese to join our evening shift on-site. You will evidence prior content moderation experience and support the quality review of client workflows managed by the client’s Global team.

The role is full-time and permanent, with 40 hours weekly, 4 weeks of on-site training in Dublin, and joining the team as a fully office-based position.

Qualifications

• Experience as a content moderator.
• Fluent in Portuguese.
• Eligible to work in Ireland and Dublin.
• Available for evening shift and on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Support quality review of client workflows managed by the client’s Global team.
• Perform content moderation across specified topics and ensure compliance with policies.
• Assist with ID review, authenticity checks, and escalation handling.
• Collaborate with Operations team to maintain high quality review standards.

• Salary: €42,667/year
• Shifts: Full Time, 40 hrs, Fully Flexible across Mon – Sun (16:30 PM - 01:30 AM)

Duties And Responsibilities

You will be supporting the quality review of the Client workflows managed by the Clients Global

Operations Team Including But Not Limited To

• a) Content Moderation - content includes the following topics unless otherwise mutually agreed:
• Organizing or credibly threatening violence
• Promoting self-harm
• Organizing theft, vandalism, fraud, poaching, or sale of restricted goods
• Misrepresentation, impersonation and privacy violations
• Hate speech, bullying
• Phishing, spam, and malware
• Child Exploitation
• Nudity, pornography
• Sexual solicitation
• Others as mutually agreed in an SCN
• b) ID Review and Authenticity/Access Flows;
• c) Escalations.

The Services shall support the quality review of the following Client workflows managed by Clients Special

Ops/Global Risk Ops (GRO) Focus On The Following Areas

• HERO (viral/meme content)
• DOI (Dangerous Organization)
