Job summary

C&C Group plc is seeking a Quality Dispense Team Lead to manage a small team of dispense technicians across multiple locations in Ireland. You will oversee routine servicing and maintenance of beer, cider, wine, and carbonated soft drink dispense equipment, ensuring the highest quality of product dispense and excellent customer service.

You will report to the Brands Dispense Quality Manager and be responsible for scheduling, quality assessments, and safety compliance while supporting sales teams

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a Quality Dispense or Installation technician role.
• Basic understanding of refrigeration/electrics/plumbing.
• Full and valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small team of dispense technicians.
• Undertake routine servicing and maintenance of dispense equipment to ensure quality.
• Plan and monitor team schedules to meet KPIs and service commitments.
• Investigate issues and initiate corrective actions with appropriate personnel.
