Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Quality and Compliance Associate for a 12 Month Fixed Term Maternity Cover Contract on our client site in Dublin 17. You will lead audits and act as the primary quality representative during external agency or client audits, ensuring corrective actions are tracked and implemented.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and up to 3 years in quality/compliance, with strong MS Office skills and a detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform all service level agreement support changes. Coordinate the event & root cause investigation process.
• Contribute to the inspection readiness program for the site. Track the vendor management program to ensure compliance.
• Assist with the routine enforcement of all Quality Management Services.
• Partake in the integration and routine oversight of the client's stated requirements. Partner with the client's internal team members.
• Support company and client agendas. Evaluate continuous improvement effectiveness.

About The Role

We are seeking a Quality and Compliance Associate for a 12 Month Fixed Term Maternity Cover Contract, to be based on our client site in Dublin 17.

This job is part of the Contract Quality Management job function. They are responsible for managing the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled. You will lead audits as well as serve as the primary quality representative for CBRE operations during external agency or client audits. Accountable to the client and/or agency for audit observations and the associated corrective measures.

What you’ll do

• Perform all service level agreement support changes. Coordinate the event & root cause investigation process.
• Contribute to the inspection readiness program for the site. Track the vendor management program to ensure compliance.
• Assist with the routine enforcement of all Quality Management Services.
• Partake in the integration and routine oversight of the client's stated requirements. Partner with the client's internal team members.

• Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.

What You’ll Need
