Job summary

You will lead audits and serve as the primary quality representative during external audits, drive corrective actions, and support continuous improvement of quality processes with CBRE and client teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Perform all service level agreement support changes.
• Coordinate event and root cause investigation process.
• Contribute to the inspection readiness program for the site.
• Track the vendor management program to ensure compliance.
• Assist with the routine enforcement of all Quality Management Services.
• Partake in the integration and routine oversight of the client's stated requirements.
• Partner with the client's internal team members.
• Support company and client agendas.
• Evaluate continuous improvement effectiveness.
• Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
