Job summary

Mphasis in Galway, Ireland is seeking a QA/Test Engineer with 4–6 years of QA experience focused on Selenium-based automation testing. The role requires strong Java coding/scripting for automated script development and deep knowledge of RESTful services, JSON/XML, and data-driven test design.

You will design and implement robust automation frameworks, collaborate with developers and QA teams, and contribute to continuous improvement in agile project environments.

Qualifications

Role – QA/Test Engineer

Location: Ireland, Galway

Looking for 4-6 years of QA (Test) Engineer who has work experience in Selenium based automation testing. Good exp with Java coding/scripting to contribute for automated script development.

Technical Skills:

• Test Automation using Selenium/Webdriver (Java).
• Experience in API testing
• Experience in Manual testing.
• Experience in AI tools and testing.
• Work experience in sales force application testing is a plus.
• Other Tools: Jenkins, GIT
• Experience in architecting automation framework and implementing standard methodologies.
• Strong programming, debugging/troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of different automation approaches (keyword driven, data driven, BDD Cucumber, TDD) and technology stacks (Java).
• Demonstrable understanding of web services (REST), JSON and XML data formats.
• Strong SQL Scripting skills.
• Agile development methodologies is key.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills

• Ability to build strong partnership with internal teams, vendors on resolving product gaps/issues and escalade to the management on timely manner
