Job summary

Tirlán is offering a unique graduate opportunity to join our Quality team as a Quality Associate. This on-site role reports to the Site Quality Head and supports the delivery of our Quality functions in a fast-paced plant environment.

You will work with the Quality and Production teams to drive a right-first-time culture, assist in audits, CAPAs and continuous improvement across sites as part of our 2-year graduate development programme.

Qualifications

• High academic record with a minimum 2.2 honours degree in a relevant discipline.
• Proven problem solving skills and track record of achievement.
• Strong communication, leadership and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Adhering to site KPIs related to quality, CI, and regulatory compliance.
• Support the quality team to drive a strong quality culture on site.
• Ensure processes comply with the Quality Management System through data.
• Participate in audits with customers and third parties.
• Collaborate with Production to resource quality operations for shift needs.
• Oversee RCAs and ensure effective CAPA implementation and verification.
• Maintain product specifications/certifications and aid final product grading.
• Support audit quality practices to prevent deviations.
