Qualifications

• Honours Bachelor Degree (Level 8) in engineering or science is essential.
• Graduated within the past two years or in the final year of university.
• Relevant work experience or completion of a co-op program.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, and a proactive learner.

Responsibilities

• Build quality into all aspects of work by complying with quality requirements.
• Define and implement quality standards and specifications; meet regulatory requirements.
• Identify and resolve moderately complex exceptions to work assignments.
• Participate in new product and technology transfers to gain experience.
• Apply Six Sigma, statistical analysis and Lean principles to improve quality.
• Demonstrate familiarity with validation techniques and regulatory requirements.
• Understand and support environmental management requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day operations.
• Demonstrate best practices aligned with site objectives.
