Job summary

TP in Dublin, Ireland is seeking a French-speaking Quality Analyst to join our fast-paced, international team. Based on-site in Dublin, you will audit moderation decisions, provide feedback, and support the continuous improvement of quality and policy compliance.

You will collaborate with operations and learning teams, mentor new team members, and develop documentation. Fluent English and French, strong Excel, and experience in QA or audit are essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Quality Assurance, Quality Control or Audit environment.
  • Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Charts and Statistical Functions.
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar reporting tools is advantageous.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Audit content moderation decisions to ensure accuracy and compliance with policy standards.
  • Partner with internal teams to provide performance feedback and improve quality outcomes.
  • Support all aspects of the audit process, including planning, implementation, feedback and re-audits.
  • Deliver timely, actionable feedback to agents to drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify training needs and work with learning teams to close knowledge gaps.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Quality Managers to improve team performance.
  • Become a subject matter expert on products, community standards and operational guidelines.
  • Reinforce policy updates and process improvements across operational teams.
  • Mentor and support new Quality & Policy Experts on tools, systems and best practices.
  • Develop process documentation and provide feedback on audit tool functionality.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Escalate policy-related trends and risks to global teams for resolution.
  • Use market knowledge and insights to recommend scalable solutions.
  • Support Quality Leaders in planning and delivering improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For
  • Fluent written and spoken English and French
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Quality Assurance, Quality Control or Audit environment
  • Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Charts and Statistical Functions
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar reporting tools is advantageous
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
