Job summary

TP in Dublin is seeking a Hungarian Speaking Quality & Policy Expert to audit content moderation decisions and drive policy compliance. This on-site role offers opportunities to impact quality and operational performance within an international environment.

You'll partner with internal teams, mentor new experts, and contribute to continuous improvement through data-driven feedback and training needs identification.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English and Hungarian.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Quality Assurance, Quality Control or Audit environment.
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Charts and Statistical Functions.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar reporting tools is advantageous.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit content moderation decisions for policy compliance.
• Provide performance feedback to improve quality outcomes.
• Support audit processes from planning to re-audits.
• Deliver timely feedback to agents to drive improvement.
• Identify training needs with learning teams to close knowledge gaps.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality Managers to improve team performance.

• Reinforce policy updates and process improvements across teams.

• Develop process documentation and provide feedback on audit tool functionality.
• Conduct root cause analyses to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Escalate policy-related trends and risks to global teams for resolution.
• Use market knowledge to recommend scalable solutions.
• Support Quality Leaders in planning and delivering improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Audit content moderation decisions to ensure accuracy and compliance with policy standards

What We’re Looking For
