You will oversee investigations, quality systems, and documentation in a GMP setting while mentoring QC analysts and ensuring readiness for product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related discipline with several years of industrial experience.
• Experience with HPLC/GC/peptide analysis and method validation/transfer is essential.
• Strong knowledge of chemistry/biochemistry techniques and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with lab software systems and cGMP computer tools (MS Office, Trackwise, Minitab).

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical method transfers and validations for new product introductions.
• Serve as QC laboratory chromatography expert, providing technical leadership and troubleshooting.
• Drive analytical project delivery with development, manufacturing, and regulatory teams.
• Oversee investigations, quality systems activities, and technical documentation in GMP environment.
• Coach and mentor QC analysts through training and mentorship.
• Support successful product launches by ensuring analytical readiness and stability programme implementation.
