Job summary

Viatris is seeking a QC Technical Transfer Analyst to support a 3-year commercialization program for a new cartridge-filling product line. You will transfer advanced chromatographic and wet chemistry analyses of raw materials, finished product and stability samples while completing GMP documentation.

As the subject matter expert in chromatography, you will liaise with analytical development, manufacturing and regulatory teams to ensure deliverables are understood and met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a Science related discipline (Chemistry, Biochemistry or Analytical science)
• Experience with HPLC/GC and peptide analysis in method validation/transfer (Empower preferred)
• Strong knowledge of chemistry/biochemistry, chromatographic and wet chemistry techniques
• Strong troubleshooting and writing skills
• Experience with Empower and other lab software systems; familiarity with cGMP computer skills (MS Office, TrackWise, Minitab)

Responsibilities

• Lead method transfers to the QC lab and oversee analytical testing of materials and products.
• Source and procure equipment, materials and consumables for transfer methods.
• Act as SME for chromatography and related analytical techniques; support QC team with troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with analytical development, manufacturing and regulatory to align transfer deliverables.
• Supervise laboratory investigations and drive timely close-out and reporting.
