Job summary

Bizimply is seeking a Python Engineer to build and scale a standalone AI service that sits alongside our main product. You will integrate with LLM providers, query analytical data stores, and stream intelligent responses to end users in real time.

The role focuses on production Python services, async patterns, SQL querying, and reliable security practices, with a hybrid Dublin, Ireland work model (2 days in office). 3+ years of Python experience required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional Python experience, building production services.
• Experience with LLM APIs, tool use, structured output, and prompts.
• SQL querying against analytical databases.
• Experience with async Python and streaming HTTP.
• Awareness of security: PII, prompt injection, and service auth.
• Familiar with AI coding agents in daily workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and extend a production Python AI service.
• Integrate with LLM providers and tool calls.
• Design and run LLM evaluations to maintain quality.
• Write SQL against analytical stores to ground AI.
• Monitor LLM cost and usage and performance.
• Collaborate with frontend and Rails backend teams.
