Job summary

Bizimply, a workforce management platform, is seeking a Python engineer to build and scale an AI-powered service that sits alongside the main product. You will integrate with LLM providers, query analytical data stores, and stream intelligent responses to users in real time.

You will work in a hybrid Dublin-based team with 2 days in the office, contributing to production-grade Python services, applying best practices for security, observability, and performance while collaborating with a Rails

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional Python experience.
• Experience with LLM APIs, tool calling, and prompt construction.
• SQL proficiency against analytical databases.
• Experience with async Python and streaming HTTP.
• Security-conscious development practices.
• Familiarity with AI coding agents and when to rely on human judgment.

Responsibilities

• Build and extend a production Python AI service.
• Integrate with LLM providers and tool APIs.
• Design and run LLM evaluations to maintain quality.
• Write SQL against analytical databases to ground AI responses.
• Monitor LLM cost and usage observability.
• Collaborate with the Rails backend within a defined service boundary.
