Uisce Éireann is seeking a proactive Tender Delivery Procurement Buyer to join the Supply Chain team in Ireland. You will manage public procurement activities, ensure compliant sourcing processes, and support EU procurement rules while delivering value for internal customers.

You will collaborate with Category Managers, Legal, and suppliers, driving efficiency, governance, and continuous improvement within the Tender Delivery function.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in water, utilities or related industries.
• Ability to develop partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven problem-solving and timely communication.
• High professional standards and team delivery.
• Strong analytical and improvement mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to compliance with business unit objectives.
• Ensure tender delivery is efficient and delivers quality customer service.
• Escalate tender and P2P issues when needed.
• Ensure adherence to policies and internal controls.
• Deliver tenders on schedule per Demand Plan.
• Provide high-quality Tender Delivery support to colleagues across Uisce Éireann.
• Maintain compliance with the Supply Chain Governance Framework.
• Process Purchase Orders in line with SLAs and policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Work closely with customers and suppliers to ensure frequent interaction.
• Perform other duties as required.
