You will meet with clients to understand their financial needs and present tailored solutions across income protection, life insurance, pensions and retirement planning. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, ongoing education, and delivering engaging presentations in workplaces such as schools and hospitals.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles; sales experience helpful but not essential.
• Experience within a financial services environment is an advantage.
• APA, QFA or willingness to work towards these qualifications (fully supported).

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with public sector employees and their families.
• Conduct comprehensive financial wellbeing consultations to understand customers' needs and goals.
• Provide tailored financial guidance and recommend suitable solutions.
• Support clients with income protection, life insurance, pensions, retirement planning, and tax services.
• Deliver presentations and educational sessions within public sector workplaces.
• Create exceptional customer experiences at every interaction.
• Respond professionally and efficiently to customer enquiries and referrals.
• Build long-term customer relationships through specialist advice and ongoing support.
