You will conduct comprehensive financial wellbeing consultations, understand clients’ goals, and provide tailored guidance. You’ll assist with income protection, life insurance, pensions and retirement planning, delivering educational sessions in workplaces.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles; sales experience helpful but not essential.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good attention to detail and comfort with numbers.
• Ability to manage time and priorities in a team environment.
• Commitment to regulatory and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with public sector employees and their families.
• Conduct comprehensive financial wellbeing consultations to understand customers' needs and goals.
• Provide tailored financial guidance and recommend suitable solutions.
• Support clients with products such as income protection, life insurance, pensions and retirement planning.
• Deliver presentations and educational sessions within public sector workplaces (schools, hospitals).
• Create exceptional customer experiences at every interaction.
• Respond to customer enquiries and referrals professionally and promptly.
• Maintain long-term relationships through specialist advice and ongoing support.
