Qualifications

• APA or QFA qualification (or willingness to work towards it) with full educational support
• Experience in customer-facing roles; sales experience is helpful but not essential
• Experience within a financial services environment is an advantage
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Good attention to detail and confidence working with numbers
• Ability to manage time effectively and balance priorities
• Comfortable working towards goals in a supportive team environment
• Commitment to regulatory and compliance frameworks

Responsibilities

• Support clients via Teams to explore financial protection options and related services
• Deliver consistently high customer service in every interaction
• Conduct financial wellbeing reviews to understand client needs and goals
• Work towards individual and team targets with manager guidance
• Respond to client enquiries and leads promptly and professionally
• Build long-term relationships with a personalised, trusted service
• Support retention of existing clients through ongoing engagement
• Ensure all work complies with regulatory standards
• Stay informed on industry developments and products to assist clients
