Job summary

Qualifications
- Qualified Financial Adviser (QFA) or Accredited Personal Administrator (APA) or willing to work towards these qualifications (fully supported)
Responsibilities
- Support clients via Microsoft Teams to explore and choose financial protection options (salary protection, life cover, pensions, tax services)
- Deliver consistently high level of customer service in every interaction
- Conduct financial wellbeing reviews to understand client needs, priorities and long-term goals
- Work towards individual and team targets with guidance from your manager
- Respond to client enquiries and leads in a timely, professional and approachable way
- Build long-term relationships by providing a personalised and trusted service
- Support retention of existing clients by maintaining strong engagement and service levels
- Ensure all work complies with regulatory and compliance requirements
- Stay informed on industry developments and products to best support clients
