Job summary

Presidio is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support its Systems Development function. The role focuses on eliciting, analysing, documenting and validating business and system requirements to ensure stakeholder needs are translated into clear deliverables for solution design and implementation.

The successful candidate will bring 4–6 years of BA experience, a degree in IT/CS/Engineering, and be able to work at least 40% onsite in Ireland.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years' Business Analysis experience.
• Strong requirements elicitation and workshop facilitation skills.
• Business process modelling and current-state assessment experience.
• Experience producing business and functional requirements specifications.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with requirements traceability and solution validation.
• Proven delivery experience on business change or technology projects.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary software delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather and validate business and technical requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Undertake current-state / As-Is assessments.
• Produce Business Requirements Specifications and functional/non-functional requirements.
• Develop As-Is and To-Be process models and workflows.
• Maintain requirements traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support solution validation, UAT and stakeholder sign-off.
• Work closely with developers, architects, project managers and business users.
• Manage requirements changes, assumptions and dependencies.
• Produce clear documentation and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
