Job summary

Grafton Recruitment International in Ireland is seeking an experienced Commercial Bid Manager to own a busy public-sector bid pipeline across the country. You will drive end-to-end submissions with a clear focus on compliance and high scores.

The role requires strong knowledge of procurement rules, and hands-on experience with eTenders/OGP, plus the ability to coordinate stakeholders, pricing and win themes for framework renewals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with public-sector clients and producing public-sector tenders.
• Strong knowledge of procurement rules, compliance and evaluation criteria.
• Ireland public sector exposure (eTenders/OGP) highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Spot and assess opportunities via portals incl. eTenders
• Lead bid/no-bid, strategy and win themes
• Manage bids end-to-end: docs review, writing, stakeholder input, pricing, submission, handover
• Run timelines, clarifications and final compliance checks
• Support frameworks (renewals/call-offs) and maintain bid library/pipeline
