GI Group is recruiting a Bid Manager to join a growing team in Mayo, Republic of Ireland. The role leads end-to-end bid and tender processes, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, commercially strong submissions.

You will work with senior leadership, manage deadlines, and ensure alignment with client requirements while maintaining a focus on winning business and delivering high-quality tender outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of bid/tender experience.
• Strong commercial awareness of bids and tender processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Highly organized with strong time management.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of customer journey and client experience.
• Full Irish Driving License and access to company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end bid and tender processes.
• Produce compliant, commercially competitive submissions.
• Coordinate bid teams from multiple departments.
• Build relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Prepare commercial aspects and pricing.
• Identify risks and issues throughout tendering.
• Ensure compliance with client specifications.
• Handover completed bids to operations.
