Job summary

Deloitte Ireland is seeking a motivated professional to join the Technology & Transformation Supply Chain practice in Dublin or Cork. You will support government and public sector organisations to transform procurement and supplier management through innovative, practical solutions.

This role offers exposure to impactful transformation programmes, the chance to build trusted client relationships, and collaboration with Irish and global teams in a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification or equivalent professional certification in Business, Strategy, Supply Chain, Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in procurement, supply chain, or supplier management, ideally within government or public sector environments.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality client service.
• Demonstrated adaptability and creativity in problem-solving, combined with initiative and sound business judgement.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients to develop and implement category and procurement strategies tailored to their organisational needs.
• Providing end-to-end support in procurement and contracting delivery, including optimisation of strategic supplier relationships.
• Building and nurturing trusted partnerships with existing and new clients.
• Developing practical, client-focused solutions and methodologies that exceed expectations.
• Collaborating within Deloitte teams to share knowledge, mentor junior staff, and support professional development.
• Contributing to business development activities and internal initiatives to grow the Supply Chain consulting practice.
• Working closely with Irish and global Deloitte teams to adapt government and public sector offerings for the Irish market.
• Navigating challenges faced by public sector organisations and helping clients address these effectively.

We offer a competitive starting salary of €45,000.00 for this role, with salary adjustments reflecting your experience level and expertise.
