Job summary

Standard Life is seeking a Proposition Specialist on a 24-month fixed-term contract to join our Proposition Operations team in Ireland. The role focuses on managing the Standard Life International product portfolio, delivering product expertise to migration programmes and driving change across multiple business areas.

You will own product activities, assess impacts, develop recommendations and ensure documentation and governance are maintained.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a product, proposition, operations or change role within financial services.
• Knowledge of life and pensions products and customer journeys is desirable.
• Knowledge of Standard Life products and propositions is desirable.
• Ability to take ownership of defined activities and deliver with independence, escalating when needed.
• Experience translating product/customer impacts into clear requirements, recommendations or actions.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across BAU and project work with strong organisation.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of BAU product activities across Standard Life International portfolio, including product maintenance and customer literature.
• Coordinating product changes from assessment to implementation with clear documentation.
• Providing product expertise to migration programme, including analysis, requirements development, testing and issue resolution.
• Assessing impact on customers, advisers and processes, escalating concerns and recommending actions.
• Translating product requirements into practical delivery outcomes with cross-functional teams.
• Maintaining product records, trackers and governance evidence for audit readiness.
• Building stakeholder relationships and acting as a reliable product contact across BAU and programme activity.
