Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years as Legal Executive, strong conveyancing background considered.
- Proven track record in Irish conveyancing; familiarity with Taillte Éireann registration.
- Proficient with case management systems, legal software, and automation tools.
Responsibilities
- Progress a diverse property caseload, assisting with residential and commercial conveyancing from instruction to completion.
- Assist with probate and estate administration for a regional North-West client base.
- Draft legal documentation and correspondence to maintain active file progression.
- Serve as primary contact for clients on day-to-day file matters and escalate queries to supervising solicitors.
- Utilise cloud-based software to collaborate with colleagues across firm locations.
