Strive Recruitment is seeking a Property Inspector for Dublin 2 based offices. The role suits an experienced property administrator looking to move to a more hands-on position, and no PSRA license is required.

You will inspect rental properties, document conditions with photographs, and report issues to Property Managers. A full clean driving license and car are required. The package includes an excellent base salary, annual bonus, pension, mileage, and free parking.

• 1+ years of experience in an administrative role within the property/real estate sector in Ireland.
• Full clean drivers license & car.

Responsibilities

• Organise inspection times with Property Managers and tenants.
• Carry out property inspections in person.
• Check that properties meet required standards and fire safety rules.
• Spot and report maintenance issues, damage, or lease breaches.
• Take photos to document property condition.
• Complete clear reports for Property Managers.
• Follow company procedures and update internal systems.

Background

This role plays an important part in maintaining the high standards across the our clients residential portfolio. The Property Inspector will carry out regular inspections of rental properties, identify any issues that need attention, and ensure tenants are complying with the terms of their lease agreements.
