Job summary

Leading semi-state agency in Athlone is seeking a Property Management professional to support all stages of property acquisitions for the agency. The role requires a full clean driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.

Key duties include coordinating due diligence, managing inputs from external bodies, preparing business cases, monitoring budgets and transaction costs, and coordinating procurement and tender processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in property related role required.
• 3rd Level Qualification - technical or related qualification.
• Full Driving Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all stages of property transactions from identification to due diligence and completion.
• Coordinate due diligence investigations.
• Project manage contributions from professionals through the acquisition process including liaising with landowners and state agencies.
• Prepare business cases and financial reports.
• Monitor budgets, transaction costs, approvals and records.
• Coordinate public procurement and tender processes.

This role will be based in Athlone - full clean drivers licence and flexibility for national travel are essential.

• Assist in all stages of property transactions- from identifying prospective acquisitions through to due diligence, completion.
• Coordinate due diligence investigations.
• Project manage contributions from all relevant professionals through the acquisition process including engaging with external bodies including landowners and state agencies.
• Prepare business cases and financial reports.
• Monitor budgets, transaction costs, approvals and associated records.
• Coordinate public procurement and tender processes

Requirements for suitable candidates:

• 3rd Level Qualification - technical or related qualification.
• Experience of working in a property related role
