Job summary

Lex Consultancy Ltd in Athlone is seeking a property acquisitions professional to join a leading semi-state agency's Property Management team. The role is based in Athlone with a full driving licence and flexibility for national travel.

You will assist in all stages of property transactions from identifying prospective acquisitions through to due diligence and completion, coordinating investigations and managing external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3rd Level Qualification technical or related qualification.
• Experience in a property related role.
• Full Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate due diligence investigations and project manage contributions from professionals through the acquisition process.
• Prepare business cases and financial reports and monitor budgets, transaction costs and approvals.
• Coordinate public procurement and tender processes.

Key duties to include:

Assist in all stages of property transactions from identifying prospective acquisitions through to due diligence, completion. Coordinate due diligence investigations. Project manage contributions from all relevant professionals through the acquisition process including engaging with external bodies including landowners and state agencies. Prepare business cases and financial reports. Monitor budgets, transaction costs, approvals and associated records. Coordinate public procurement and tender processes

Requirements for suitable candidates:

3rd Level Qualification technical or related qualification. Experience of working in a property related role Full Driving Licence
