Title: Letting & Property Manager - PRS

Location: Dublin City & South Side (Hybrid)

Salary: €50,000 - €55,000 per annum + package + bonus

The Company

Leading provider of property management services to Institutional clients in the Irish property sector.

The Role

Responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of purpose-built Private Rented Sector (PRS) schemes, ensuring an exceptional resident experience, maximising occupancy, maintaining compliance and protecting the value of institutional residential assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of PRS developments, ensuring high standards of property management and resident satisfaction.
• Manage the leasing process, including marketing available units, coordinating viewings, negotiating tenancy agreements and maintaining high occupancy levels.
• Oversee resident move-ins, move-outs, lease renewals and tenancy administration.
• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance works, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and cost-effectively.
• Carry out regular property inspections and ensure developments are maintained to a best-in-class standard.
• Monitor rental income, arrears and void periods, implementing strategies to optimise asset performance.
• Ensure compliance with residential tenancy legislation, health and safety requirements, and company policies.
• Manage on-site contractors and suppliers, monitoring service delivery and adherence to agreed service levels.
• Prepare regular operational and performance reports for clients and asset managers.
• Build strong relationships with residents, clients and internal stakeholders to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Requirements

• Experience in a busy lettings or sales office is desirable
