Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance, inspections, facilities management, or property services.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify maintenance and repair requirements.
• Excellent communication and client-management skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to coordinate multiple jobs and contractors simultaneously.
• Good report-writing and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential and commercial properties following move-out inspections.
• Inspect properties and identify maintenance, repair and remedial works required.
• Compile detailed inspection reports and clearly communicate required works.
• Liaise directly with clients regarding property condition and recommended works.
• Obtain and coordinate required maintenance and repair services.
• Arrange works with appropriate contractors and service providers.
• Monitor and oversee maintenance works to ensure they are completed appropriately and within agreed timescales.
• Keep accurate records of inspections, works required, works arranged and completion status.
• Communicate regularly with senior and internal management regarding property maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate with in‑house management where other services are required.
• Provide support to the wider operation as required.
