Job summary

Leevin Group is hiring for a Property Inspector role based in Ireland. You will conduct inspections of both existing and new properties, record detailed condition data, and photograph properties.

Maintain records in management systems and coordinate with the commercial, customer experience, collections, and maintenance teams. You will adapt approaches per property, generate monthly productivity indicators, and use a mobile device to access systems on the go.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in property management or related field is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel and utilization of inspection platforms.
• Technical knowledge in property inspections.
• Intermediate English mandatory; Spanish desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections on existing and new properties.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities (in this role you will)

• Conduct inspections on existing and new properties.
• Collect and record detailed information about the condition of the properties, including any damage or repair needs.
• Document all aspects of the property through photographs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inspections conducted, using property management systems and internal reporting tools.
• Responsible for determining which area of the company needs to be involved after the inspection.
• Responsible for generating monthly productivity indicators related to inspections.
• Adapt the approach to properties or clients according to the specific reason for each inspection request.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to verify property vacancy and abandonment, and assist in reopening and selling.
• Work closely with the customer experience, collections, and maintenance teams.
• Use a mobile phone with internet access for carrying out job responsibilities.
