Job summary

Respond, one of Ireland's largest housing associations, seeks a Property Surveyor in Dublin. You will manage property maintenance programs, coordinate repairs, and ensure compliance with laws and policies while leading staff and contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years' experience in construction/building maintenance with tendering/procurement experience.
• Experience coordinating maintenance programs across multiple properties.
• Strong budgeting and financial reporting skills.
• Familiarity with relevant legislation, safety, and procurement procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property and maintenance programs within designated area.
• Ensure operations comply with legislation, policies and procedures.
• Manage repair and maintenance of buildings and supervise staff/contractors.
• Respond to tenant concerns in a professional manner.
• Attend meetings in evenings/weekends and be on-call regularly.
