Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues, tenants, contractors and external stakeholders.
• Understanding of energy management, sustainability or environmental initiatives would be beneficial.
• Experience using asset or property management systems (PEMAC would be an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Support property/site inspections and produce clear reports with recommendations.
• Assist with audits of third-party suppliers and contractors for standards and compliance.
• Coordinate property repairs and maintenance with stakeholders, monitoring costs and deadlines.
• Review and update property documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain property and asset records across PEMAC and other systems.
• Support energy management reporting and sustainability initiatives.
