Job summary

Job description

This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience, and wants to develop their career within Property, Facilities or Asset Management. You will get exposure to compliance, supplier management, property maintenance, asset systems and sustainability initiatives.

You’ll work closely with internal teams, tenants, contractors and external stakeholders, helping to ensure properties are well maintained, compliant and managed to a high standard.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Support and participate in property/site inspections, identifying areas of compliance and tenant obligations and producing clear, practical reports with recommendations for action.
• Assist with audits of third-party suppliers and contractors, ensuring they meet required standards, contractual commitments and compliance obligations.
• Coordinate property repairs and maintenance by reviewing reports, liaising with relevant stakeholders, monitoring costs and ensuring works are completed efficiently, on time and within budget.
• Review, maintain and update key property documentation, ensuring information remains accurate, current and compliant.
• Maintain accurate property and asset records across systems such as PEMAC.
• Support the monitoring and reporting of energy management activities, contributing to wider sustainability initiatives and helping analyse relevant data and performance.

Requirements:

• The ability to build positive working relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues, tenants, contractors and external stakeholders.
• Experience using asset or property management systems; PEMAC would be an advantage.
• Previous experience within Property Management, Facilities Management, Asset Management or a related environment is desirable.
• An understanding of energy management, sustainability or environmental initiatives would be beneficial.
• A full, clean Irish driving licence is essential.
