MacSweeney & Company in Galway seeks an experienced Property/Commercial Property Solicitor to join our growing practice. You will advise private and commercial clients, including landlords and developers, on acquisitions, leasing and property finance from instruction to completion.

The ideal candidate will have post-qualification experience in property law, strong drafting skills and the ability to manage files independently while collaborating with partners.

Competenze

• Qualified solicitor with relevant post-qualification experience in property or commercial property law.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage property transactions from instruction through to completion.

Mansioni

• Advise private and commercial clients including landlords, tenants, developers and investors.
• Handle acquisitions and disposals of commercial and residential property.
• Oversee commercial leasing, property development and investment transactions.
• Assist with property finance and complex title matters.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, leases and related documentation.
• Contribute to the property aspects of corporate transactions.
