Job summary

Careeriser-Limited in South Dublin is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join a leading property developer. You will work between site and office, supporting cost control, subcontractor management and financial reporting on residential projects.

The role offers an annual bonus, pension, 24 days leave and a hybrid working arrangement while you develop your skills in RC frame, apartments and commercial developments under guidance from Senior QS.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• 3-6 years’ relevant experience in Ireland.
• Familiarity with Cubit, Cost-ex or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Subcontractor Management: Assist in managing subcontractor packages, including payments to subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Cost Reporting: Support the preparation of monthly internal valuations, cost reports, and budget tracking.
• Project Exposure: Gain hands-on experience with RC frame, apartment, residential building, and commercial projects.
• Contract Administration: Maintain accurate subcontractor and supplier contractual details, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
• Budget Monitoring: Report on project budgets and variations, identifying discrepancies and proposing solutions.
• Professional Development: Take on tasks reflecting increasing levels of development and responsibility as experience grows.
