E‑Frontiers is recruiting a Project Quantity Surveyor for a major residential development in Dublin South. The role focuses on the full spectrum of quantity surveying duties, ensuring value for money and compliance across contracts.

You will support the Project Management team, managing financial and contractual control from civils through turnkey handover. The ideal candidate has extensive quantity surveying experience, strong contract knowledge, and a background with a developer or main

• Minimum 8 years of commercial experience in quantity surveying.
• Proven experience managing multiple sites simultaneously.
• Strong contractual knowledge and experience.
• Background with a Developer or Main Contractor preferred

• Deliver financial and contractual control costs across all contracts.
• Support the Project Management team in delivering financial and contractual control costs.

As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role based on the delivery of a large residential project in South Dublin, ensuring maximum value for money while maintaining required standards.

This position involves full-spectrum Quantity Surveying duties, from civils/groundworks to turnkey handover of a fully completed project. You will support the Project Management team in delivering financial and contractual control costs across all contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual communications and notices.
