Job summary

Designer Group is a leading international M&E provider, headquartered in Dublin, delivering turnkey design, supply and installation services. We are seeking a Project Planner with Primavera P6 experience to join our Dublin team, responsible for developing and maintaining the fully resource loaded project schedule and coordinating site operations.

The role requires a BS in Engineering or related field, 2+ years in a similar role, and strong MS Office/Excel skills.

Qualifications

BS in Engineering, Business or Construction Management or similar.
Minimum Experience: 2+ years in a similar role.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 essential.
Proficient in MS Office packages, with advanced MS Excel.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and supervise all planning and scheduling efforts.
Develop and maintain the fully resource loaded Project Schedule to meet contract requirements.
Organise and coordinate with relevant managers regarding day-to-day operations at site, reporting requirements and progress.
Work with project team on what-if schedules to analyse impacts of differing construction means and methods.
Communicate status milestones and issues to project management relative to time and budget.
Provide regular planning reports and monitoring schedules to describe project status and potential impacts.
