Job summary

O’Neill and Brennan is seeking a Construction Project Manager for a South Dublin project. The role covers delivery from ground up to handover on a major site with a main contractor.

You will oversee development through procurement, design, construction, commissioning and handover, meeting clients, and assuring safety compliance. Candidates should have a degree in Engineering or Construction Management and 10+ years of main contractor experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering and/or Construction Management is required.
• 10+ years’ experience with a main contractor.
• Experience taking a project from ground up to handover.
• Excellent knowledge of the latest building regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of the South Dublin project from ground up to handover.
• Manage all stages: development, procurement, design, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Meet with clients to clarify project requirements.

• Prepare monthly project review reports.

A main contractor is looking to hire an experienced Project Manager for a project in South Dublin.

Job Summary:

• Project Manager for the successful delivery of a project from ground up to handover.
• Manage the project throughout all stages, from development, procurement, design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Meet with clients to clarify specific requirements of each project.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant Health and Safety standards.
• Prepare monthly reports for Project Review meetings.
• Supervise site staff and subcontractors to maintain construction quality standards.
