Elite Talent Hub is recruiting an experienced Mechanical Project Manager for a Cork-based role with a leading mechanical contractor delivering commercial and residential projects.

You will own mechanical packages from pre-construction through installation, commissioning and handover, overseeing HVAC, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and pipework while coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, Mechanical Contracts Manager or Senior Mechanical Project Engineer.
• Strong background in mechanical contracting and building services installations.
• Experience delivering commercial, residential, hotel, apartment or mixed-use developments.
• Good technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, heating, ventilation and pipework systems.
• Experience managing site teams, subcontractors, project programmes and budgets.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant mechanical engineering qualification or trade background.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.

Elite Talent Hub is currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager on behalf of an established mechanical contractor delivering commercial and residential construction projects across Cork.

This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically qualified professional to take ownership of projects from initial planning and coordination through to installation, commissioning and final handover.

The successful candidate will oversee mechanical packages including HVAC, plumbing, heating, ventilation, pipework and associated building services installations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
