Breagh Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a €30m new build school in Co Louth for an Irish main contractor with a focus on Design & Build. You will drive programme delivery, coordinate site teams and subcontractors, and ensure quality, safety and timely handover.

You will manage design, site, and commercial interfaces, reporting to senior management and liaising with the client and consultants on progress and risk mitigation. Salary is €90,000 to €95,000 DOE.

They have particular experience delivering new build schools and major education projects throughout Ireland, with a strong focus on programme, quality and practical site delivery.

The Role: Project Manager

You will take responsibility for the delivery of a new €30m school project in Co Louth, managing the project through construction, completion and handover.

Working with the site, design and commercial teams, you will drive programme delivery, subcontractor coordination, quality and Health & Safety.

Must Have Requirements

• Must have 7+ years’ experience in construction management
• Proven experience as a Project Manager with an Irish main contractor is required
• Experience delivering large-scale building projects is essential
• Strong knowledge of programme delivery, subcontractor coordination and project handover

Preferred Experience

• Education or school construction experience preferred
• Design & Build experience beneficial
• Experience on projects valued at €20m+ advantageous
