Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager for a large-scale school development in Rathcoole, Dublin. You will lead the delivery of the project, coordinating with the Contracts Manager, site management team, design team, subcontractors and client to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.

You will manage the programme, quality, costs and health & safety, liaise with clients and consultants, and drive procurement and subcontractor performance through to handover.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a Project Manager role within construction.
• Relevant third-level qualification in Construction, Engineering or a related discipline
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organisational and planning ability
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts and H&S

Responsibilities

About Your New Company

Our client is a leading Irish construction contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering major projects across Ireland.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their team on a large-scale school development in Rathcoole, Dublin.

About Your New Job

As Project Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the project, working closely with the Contracts Manager, Site Management team, design team, subcontractors and client.

Your responsibilities will include:
