Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager for a demolition and enabling works phase on a Dublin 1 site (Dominick Street). The role leads pre-construction through handover, coordinating the site team, subcontractors and suppliers.

You will drive programme, cost, quality and health & safety performance, acting as the main contact for the client and design team, while collaborating with the commercial team on cost control and change management. A full driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• PM background with MS Project, reporting and stakeholder management.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar.
• Strong programming skills with MS Project and reporting.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Full driving licence.

We are seeking a Project Manager to join a specialist Irish contractor on a project in Dominick Street, Dublin 1, starting with demolition and enabling works ahead of a new building.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from pre-construction through to handover
• Manage the site team, subcontractors and suppliers
• Drive programme, cost, quality and health & safety performance
• Act as the main point of contact for the client and design team
• Work with the commercial team on cost control and change management
• Report progress and risks to senior management

Skills & Qualifications

• A true Project Manager background (MS Project, reporting, stakeholder management) - not a Site Manager role
