Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager for a Dominick Street, Dublin 1 project, starting with demolition and enabling works ahead of a new building. The role requires a true PM background, MS Project skills, and strong client/stakeholder management.

Lead the delivery from pre-construction to handover, manage the site team and subs, and drive programme, cost, quality, and safety. A background in construction management is essential and a full driving licence is required.

Qualifications

We are seeking a Project Manager to join a specialist Irish contractor on a project in Dominick Street, Dublin 1, starting with demolition and enabling works ahead of a new building.

Key Responsibilities
