Job summary

Careeriser is recruiting a Project Manager for an Ireland-based, data-driven international construction consultancy. The role focuses on commercial projects such as hotels, retail, and offices, with a clear path to senior leadership.

You will manage projects from planning through to completion, coordinating across consultants, contractors and stakeholders, while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. A construction degree and 2-5 years’ PM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' project management experience is required.
• Relevant Construction degree is required.
• Experience in pre-planning commercial projects is preferred.
• Consultancy experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from planning through to completion.
• Coordinate project teams including consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Monitor programme progress and identify potential risks or delays.
• Prepare and deliver clear project reports and updates to clients.
• Review and analyse construction programmes to ensure project milestones are met.
• Support contract administration and ensure compliance with project agreements.
• Maintain strong communication across project teams and client stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and performance.
