Job summary

Renowned Cost & Project Management Consultancy in Dublin seeks a skilled Project Manager to supervise, manage and deliver two hospitality projects to client satisfaction. You will help define project scope, build a detailed schedule, track performance, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery on high-value schemes.

Responsibilities include risk and client relationship management, adapting constraints based on financial analysis, and coordinating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Third level qualification in Quantity Surveying/Architecture/Construction Management/Engineering.
• 3+ years’ experience in Construction.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent listening skills and flexible attitude.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, manage and deliver two hospitality projects to client satisfaction.
• Define project scope and objectives, create a comprehensive schedule and monitor performance.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
• Engage in risk management and client relationship management.
