Job summary

Shareridge Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our civil engineering team in Tralee, County Kerry. You will oversee utilities and public realm construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in a similar role, knowledge of Public Works Contracts, and strong leadership and communication skills. A engineering qualification is desirable but not essential; IT proficiency is required to

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally in utilities and/or public realm projects.
• Knowledge of Public Works Contracts (PWC) is an advantage.
• Engineering qualification desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site operations, ensuring the highest standards of Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental compliance.
• Manage and coordinate all site activities to meet project timelines and contractual requirements.
• Oversee commercial and operational aspects of daily site activities.
• Liaise with client representatives and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and delivery.
• Oversee material procurement and supply chain coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Lead on-site operations, ensuring the highest standards ofHealth, Safety, Quality, andEnvironmentalcompliance Manage and coordinate all site activities to meet project timelines and contractual requirements Oversee commercial and operational aspects of daily site activities Liaise withclient representatives and stakeholdersto ensure clear communication and delivery Manage direct labour and subcontractor teams Lead and support a multidisciplinary project team including engineering, commercial, planning, and HSQE personnel Oversee material procurement and supply chain coordination

Ideal Candidate
