Job summary

Shareridge is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our civil engineering team in Tralee, County Kerry. This role oversees a utilities and public realm construction project, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

• 5+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally utilities/public realm.
• Knowledge of Public Works Contracts (PWC) is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Experience managing client relationships from project initiation to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site operations, ensuring Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental compliance.
• Manage and coordinate all site activities to meet project timelines and contractual requirements.
• Oversee commercial and operational aspects of daily site activities.
• Liaise with client representatives and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and delivery.
• Manage direct labour and subcontractor teams.
• Lead and support a multidisciplinary project team including engineering, commercial, planning, and HSQE personnel.
• Oversee material procurement and supply chain coordination.
