Job summary

Archer in Limerick, Ireland, is seeking a Customer Delivery Manager for SaaS implementations. You will lead end-to-end customer implementations, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure successful delivery of SaaS solutions.

You will oversee projects from planning to go-live, coordinate with product, development and customer success teams, and drive improvements across the delivery process. Hybrid work in Ireland with growth opportunities into leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, SaaS implementations or similar.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects to time, budget and scope.
• Strong understanding of SaaS implementations lifecycle and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations and deliver successful customer outcomes.
• Oversee planning, onboarding, data migration, configuration, integrations and go-live.
• Collaborate with Product, Development and Customer Success teams to meet timelines.
• Progress into leadership by building and managing a customer delivery team.
