Job summary

Project Foundry Resourcing Services is seeking a proactive Project Manager with 2-3 years' experience delivering software application projects. This role suits someone with strong organisation, clear communication and the potential to take on greater responsibility as they develop in the role.

You will coordinate software application projects with business stakeholders and technical teams to keep delivery on track, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure priorities are understood.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' project management experience focused on software applications.
• PMP certification or an equivalent recognised project management qualification.
• A good understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive approach to solving problems and taking ownership.
• A willingness to learn and develop within the role.
• A full, clean driving licence is mandatory.
• Availability to meet the on-site working requirements outlined above.

Responsibilities

• Manage software application projects from initiation through to implementation and handover.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, timelines and delivery documentation.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, technical teams and external suppliers.
• Track risks, issues and dependencies, escalating concerns and driving actions through to resolution.
• Monitor progress against agreed scope, timelines and budgets.
• Provide clear project updates and facilitate effective project meetings.
• Support testing, business readiness and the transition of applications into operational use.
