Qualifications

• 5–7 years’ experience in construction project management.
• Strong background delivering residential construction projects.
• Experience delivering projects in Ireland.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a residential construction project based in Cork.

This role offers the opportunity to manage a high-quality residential development, taking full ownership from design through to completion while working with an ambitious and growing team.

What You'll Do

• Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget
• Manage the project from design phase through to final handover
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and programme schedules

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and engineering standards
• Identify and resolve project risks and issues
• Drive programme delivery across residential project phases

What We're Looking For

• 5–7 years’ experience in construction project management
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar(or relevant experience)
• Strong background delivering residential construction projects
• Proven ability to manage teams and subcontractors
• Strong organisation and leadership skills
• Experience delivering projects in Ireland
